barack obama voted against that. he is opposed to providing basic medical attention to a child who is born alive. that is a radical position. we've seen, as you mentioned earlier todd akin and richard murdock for their positions saying they're radical. it's radical to see a helpless newborn child who happens to survive an abortion to be shoved aside in a corner to allow to die. to be forced to die. that's radical. and then and the issue of religion i do think president obama has not gone a lot but has gone to church. that's an interesting issue because the pew research issue shows that many americans, a majority of americans actually want to see their elected officials have some affiliation with religion and recognition of god. now, i don't think obviously how far that goes there is not agreement on that. but i think in part it's because they want to know that the leaders have some sense of accountability to a higher authority. when they can't be watching the folks that they've elected at least they know god's watchi

that is why i support the approach that has been used by president obama. that is he takes nothing off the table when he goes in. but he comes in and tries to work with other countries in order to bring pressure, in order, in this case, to put economic sanctions in place. in the case of syria, to provide support that we think is appropriate. i think the president is doing the right thing. he is cautious, he is measured, but he is firm. that is what we need when dealing with that part of the world. i just want to say i am really glad to support president obama as commander in chief, and i do not want to see mitt romney in that job. >> that is time. >> i said on the armed services committee. [applause] homeland, and veterans. i want to make sure our soldiers have the tools and resources to do their jobs and do them well and come home. if they are not well, we need to get them in the veterans administration. elizabeth warren wants to cut. we cannot allow iran to have nuclear weapons. i agree with you on that. i have been working to make an effort to destabiliz

it's barack obama and john tester. and if you're satisfied of that record of having the government placing themselves between the patient and the doctor or the patient and their hospital, then there's that path. having the government think they can buy their way into prosperity, having the government believe they can take a small of your small business through a death tax having the government believe they can intrude in our lives. we don't have an energy policy we have an environmental policy costing us jobs and millions of dollars and it's happening all over the nation. the other path is prosperity, freedom, getting government aul off our backs. it's of liberating main street. you can support wall street, you can support main street. we have tax uncertainty. when i go around and ask the question are you better off than your parents or grand parents? ask the followup question. do you think your children are going to be better off than you? no hands go up because everybody is worried about the direction this country is

it is easy to blame obama. think about where we were in ohio a few short years ago and where we are today. it has been amazing. are we satisfied? no. can we build on what we have? yes. who has been the man to get the job done? it has been president obama. host: jody on twitter agrees with you. she writes -- when the republicans were in charge, we were losing jobs. now, with democrats we're adding jobs. my eyes are open, and i'm voting. we have that ohio line open. we want to go to marie from brooksville, ohio on the democratic line. caller: good morning. i hope that i can make a point that people will listen to. my husband works at a factory in montgomery county, ohio for a large international company that is shipping jobs to china. they are shutting down lines here, moving work to china. they use temporary workers. they refuse to hire people. my husband has been with this company for over 40 years. they do not seem to care that people need jobs in ohio. his hands are tied. everyone's hands are tied. they are b
